重要提示：本政策旨在符合 Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP) 及相关法律法规要求。

1. Data Collection & Purpose (数据收集与用途)

我们将仅通过官方 Amazon SP-API 收集必要的商业数据（如订单概览、库存水平）。这些数据仅用于我司内部的库存管理和财务核算，绝不用于任何未经授权的营销目的。

We collect necessary business data (e.g., order overview, inventory levels) solely via the official Amazon SP-API. This data is strictly used for internal inventory management and financial accounting, and never for unauthorized marketing purposes.

2. Data Protection & Encryption (数据保护与加密)

所有敏感数据（包括但不限于 PII 和身份令牌）在传输过程中均使用 TLS 1.2+ 协议加密，在静态存储时使用 AES-256 标准进行加密。我们严格控制数据访问权限，仅限授权人员访问。

All sensitive data (including but not limited to PII and Auth Tokens) is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 standards. We strictly control data access, limiting it to authorized personnel only.

3. Data Retention & Deletion (数据保留与删除)

我们遵循“最小化保留”原则。所有包含个人身份信息 (PII) 的数据将在订单完成后 30 天内自动从系统中彻底删除。我们将定期审查并清理不再需要的历史数据。

We adhere to a "minimal retention" policy. All data containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be permanently deleted from our system within 30 days of order completion. We perform regular audits to purge unnecessary historical data.

4. No Sale of Data (不出售数据)

深圳蔚宇航科技有限公司承诺：在任何情况下，我们绝不会将亚马逊客户数据出售、出租或共享给任何第三方数据代理商或广告商。

Shenzhen Weiyuhang Technology Co., Ltd. commits that under no circumstances will we sell, rent, or share Amazon customer data with any third-party data brokers or advertisers.
